Scripture References
Here are just a few of the many Old and New Testament scriptures that speak beautifully of the harmony between scientifically proven principles of successful brain rewiring (the headings displayed below) and the teachings of God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. The more you become familiar with this harmony, the more you will see it surface in your scripture study. I encourage you to take note of those messages that jump off the page and into your heart (stay tuned for a future Faith Squared Music song on that subject!), and then journal about it, pray about it, talk about it. The more you internalize and share these messages, the more they will naturally come alive in your life.

Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. (KJV)
- Psalm 92:1, 2, & 4 – It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: to shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, for thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?” Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things? Which is easier: to say to this paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, take your mat and walk’? But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the man, “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!” (NIV)

When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This is my command: Love each other. (NIV)

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
